Ibrahim Hassan, the director of the Egyptian national team, revealed the date of the Egyptian national team's departure to Atlanta state in preparation for facing Argentina.
The Egyptian national team is preparing to face Argentina in the round of 16 of the 2026 World Cup.
Hassan said through the media center of the Football Association: "The Egyptian national team will head at exactly two o'clock in the afternoon today, Dallas time, to the city of Atlanta in America, in preparation for facing Argentina".
He continued, "The team will not train today, because the technical staff preferred to give the players a period of rest after the match against Australia".
Egypt defeated Australia in the round of 32 on penalties after the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
Egypt's match against Argentina will be held at Atlanta Stadium next Tuesday, corresponding to July 7, at exactly seven o'clock in the evening Cairo time.
