Egypt's victory and qualification to the Round of 16 for the first time in its history secured the Egyptian Football Association 15 million dollars as a qualification bonus to the round of 16 from the International Federation of Football Association.
According to the 2026 World Cup prize list, teams from the 17th to the 32nd place receive 11 million dollars as an additional bonus, in addition to 3 million dollars that teams receive just for qualifying for the tournament.
In the event that Egypt wins the next match and qualifies for the quarter-finals, Egypt will receive a prize of 19 million dollars, while the fourth place receives 27 million dollars, and the third place receives 29 million dollars.
In the final match, the runner-up receives 33 million dollars, while the World Cup champion receives 50 million dollars.
