Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia (GEA), announced the holding of the "Six Kings Slam" tournament as part of the Riyadh Season 2026 events, on October 21, 22, and 24 next, with the participation of an elite group of the world's most prominent tennis stars.
The tournament features the participation of six of the world's most prominent tennis stars, led by Italian Jannik Sinner, winner of the previous two editions, alongside Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, Serbian Novak Djokovic, German Alexander Zverev, and American Taylor Fritz, while the third edition marks the first appearance of Australian Alex de Minaur in the tournament.
The tournament's matches will be broadcast globally via the Netflix platform, reaching a wide audience around the world and reinforcing its position as one of the most prominent tennis tournaments that brings together the elite of players.

Spanish player Carlos Alcaraz said: "I am delighted to return to Riyadh to participate in a new edition of the Six Kings Slam. The atmosphere is always exceptional, and it is an honor for me to be part of this unique event alongside an elite group of the world's best players".

Italian player Jannik Sinner said: "I am happy to return to Riyadh to defend my title in the Six Kings Slam once again. It is a wonderful tournament distinguished by its unique atmosphere, and I look forward with passion to competing in October next".
Serbian player Novak Djokovic said: "I have always received a wonderful welcome in Riyadh, and I am delighted to return to it once again. The Six Kings Slam has become a distinguished event on the global tennis calendar, and I look forward to competing in front of the crowds in October next".
American player Taylor Fritz said: "I look forward to returning to participate in the Six Kings Slam after a wonderful experience last year. It is an exceptional tournament, and I am delighted to compete again in front of the world's best players in Riyadh".

German player Alexander Zverev said: "It is wonderful to return to Riyadh to participate in a new edition of the Six Kings Slam. The tournament continues to grow year after year, and I am excited to be part of a new distinguished edition".
Australian player Alex de Minaur said: "I am extremely excited to make my first participation in the Six Kings Slam this year. I have heard a lot about this tournament, and I look forward to experiencing its atmosphere and competing in Riyadh for the first time".

The tournament is held in a knockout format, where the winner of each match advances to the next round until the final, with a match held to determine third and fourth places. The tournament venue will also host a fan zone offering a range of accompanying experiences and activities, enhancing the visitors' experience throughout the event days.
The "Six Kings Slam" tournament was first announced in 2024, and two editions have been held so far, with Italian Jannik Sinner successfully winning both titles, while the tournament attracted an elite group of the world's most prominent tennis stars and presented exceptional matches between top-ranked players, contributing to establishing its position as one of the most prominent tennis tournaments on the international scene.

The tournament comes as part of the series of global sporting events hosted by Riyadh Season, which has reinforced the Kingdom's position as a leading destination for hosting the largest international sporting events, by organizing competitions that bring together elite athletes in various sports and providing integrated experiences for audiences and visitors from inside and outside the Kingdom.
