Mohamed Salah, the captain of the Egyptian national team, spoke about his relationship with his coach Hossam Hassan, the Pharaohs' technical director, following the match against Australia in the World Cup tournament.
The Egyptian national team succeeded in surpassing its Australian counterpart in a penalty shootout after the end of regular and extra time with a positive draw of one goal each, in the match that took place on the Dallas stadium, as part of the World Cup round of 32.

Mohamed Salah, the star of the Egyptian national team, began his statements made during the mixed zone with journalists by talking about the atmosphere of the Egyptian national team's camp, in addition to his relationship with the Pharaohs' players.
Salah said at the beginning of his statements: "What's different in Egypt's camp with Hossam Hassan? He hits us between halves (jokingly), I don't think there's a difference, maybe the team mentions its opinion in the camp, but for me, I've grown and moved past that stage."
The captain of the Egyptian national team added: "I know my value and the team sees how others deal with me, and I try to help them, and I try to provide a comfortable atmosphere for them, and this is the important thing for me."
Mohamed Salah has become the historical top scorer for the Egyptian national team in the Egypt Cup finals, after reaching 3 goals, surpassing Imam Ashour (two goals) and Abdel Rahman Fawzi (two goals).
