ESPN reported that Mohamed Salah and Fabinho, Richarlison’s former teammate on the Brazil national team during the 2022 World Cup, contacted the player in recent days to invite him to move to and play in Turkey.
The network noted that the Brazilian striker is keen on a new experience, but those close to him are not very optimistic about Tottenham agreeing to his departure before Friday, September 4, the deadline for the Turkish league’s transfer window.
Tottenham’s management rejected a new attempt by Trabzonspor after the Turkish club submitted an offer worth 20 million euros.
On the other hand, manager Roberto De Zerbi clarified that Richarlison is not part of his plans for the current season, as the Brazilian player was assigned to train with the under-21 team before being excluded from Tottenham’s squad registered for the English Premier League.
