Chelsea's Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk commented on the decision to lift his suspension and allow him to return to competitions, confirming that the case was the most difficult in his football career.

Mudryk was suspended for 4 years after it was proven that he took stimulants and banned substances before appealing the ruling.
Mudryk said via his official Instagram account: "After a long battle, the four-year suspension imposed on me has been lifted, and I am free to resume my football career with immediate effect. I am grateful that this case has come to an end, and that I have been given the green light to return to football, and I can now look forward to my future."
He continued: "This has been the most difficult period in my professional career, and as I have confirmed since the beginning of this case, I have never taken stimulants, knowingly or intentionally. My commitment to competing with integrity and representing my club and country with professionalism and honesty has always been of utmost importance to me."
He added: "I would like to thank my family and friends for their support and trust in me throughout this period, and I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at Chelsea, my teammates, and the Chelsea fans who stood by me throughout this ordeal."
He concluded: "I also want to thank my legal team and everyone who contributed to my case for their tireless efforts. My focus now is on returning to football, working hard every day, and making a positive contribution on the pitch. Thank you to everyone who continued to believe in me, and I look forward with enthusiasm to the next chapter of my football career."

Chelsea issued an official statement announcing the end of the case and Mudryk's return to Chelsea training in the coming period (see details).
Mudryk joined Chelsea in January 2023 for 70 million euros.
He played 73 matches with the team, scoring 10 goals and providing 11 assists.
