Behind the scenes of Egypt national team's last training before facing Australia (photos)

The Egyptian national football team, led by the twins Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan, concluded its training sessions in Dallas, United States of America, as part of preparations to face the Australian national team at nine o'clock in the evening on Friday in the round of 32 of the 2026 World Cup.

The training sessions witnessed Mohamed Salah's participation in the group training, while the duo Mohamed Abdelmonem and Ahmed Fattouh performed therapeutic exercises.

Salah appeared smiling during the Pharaohs' training session, amid doubts about his 100% readiness to play the match against Australia as a starter.

Hossam Hassan, the technical director, also appeared fully focused as he gave the final instructions to the Pharaohs' stars before the anticipated match.

The board of directors of the Football Association, the team's technical staff, and the players were keen to offer condolences to Tarek Suleiman, the team's general coach, following the passing of his brother, before the start of training.

Sherif Mokhtar, Egypt's consul in Houston, America, attended the Egyptian national team's training session, and he was received by Engineer Hani Abu Rida, Chairman of the Football Association Board and supervisor of the team, Khaled El-Derandaly, Vice President of the Football Association and head of the mission at the World Cup, and board members Mohamed El-Sherbiny, Mustafa Abu Zahra, Mohamed Abu Hussein, and Tarek Abu El-Einein.
