Ahmed Sayed "Zizo" expressed his happiness at participating with the national team in the current edition of the World Cup.

"For a long time we dreamed that Egypt would write a new history in the World Cup, and today the dream has become a reality, this achievement is not the property of the generation or a group of players, this is an achievement in the name of every Egyptian who believed, was patient, and continued to support until the last moment".
"Egypt's happiness today is with the world and what is in it, there is no title that equals the moment of seeing your country's flag raised, and its name being repeated with pride and respect among the largest national teams in the world".
"Praise be to God always and forever, and I ask God that it be only the beginning, and that Egypt's flag always remain in the highest place".
The Egyptian national team delegation arrives at Borg El Arab Airport in Alexandria on board a private plane.
EgyptAir revealed the takeoff of a private plane from Cairo to the American city of Atlanta to transport the national team delegation to the country.
