He continued, "The technical staff made a great effort, and we hoped to achieve a greater achievement and reach the World Cup semi-finals, as the Moroccan national team did before, but it is God's will and what He willed happened, and it was not written for us to reach this stage or continue the journey in the tournament".
He added, "Praise be to God, we are satisfied with what we presented to the fans during the tournament".
Regarding the contract renewal, he said: "The results we achieved in the past period were the reason for renewing confidence in the technical staff".
He concluded, "Praise be to God for everything, and we hope that what is coming will be better, God willing".
