The Egyptian national team qualified for the round of 16 after winning against Australia on penalties 4-2 after the end of regular and extra time with a 1-1 draw.
As for the Argentine national team, it eliminated Cape Verde with a score of 3-2 after the match went to extra time.
The winner of that match will meet in the quarter-finals against the winner of Colombia against Switzerland, scheduled for 11 pm today.
