The Spanish club Real Madrid announced the signing of Dutchman Denzel Dumfries, coming from the Italian club Inter Milan.
The royal club confirmed that the Dutch right-back signed contracts to join the team for the next 4 years until June 30, 2030.
Dumfries is the fourth signing announced by Real Madrid during the current summer transfer window.
Real Madrid had previously signed the trio of Marc Cucurella from Chelsea, Bernardo Silva, and Ibrahima Konate in free transfer deals.
Dumfries had been playing for Inter Milan since 2021, participating in a total of 207 matches, during which he scored 27 goals and assisted 28 others.
The 30-year-old right-back won a total of 8 titles with the Italian team, including two Italian league titles, three Italian Cup titles, and three Italian Super Cup titles.
It is worth mentioning that Dumfries was with the Dutch national team in the 2026 World Cup, but he exited the tournament from the round of 32 after losing to Morocco.
