Arsenal of England officially announced in a statement the departure of one of the team's stars to the Saudi League, specifically to Al-Hilal club, during the new season.
Through its official website, Saudi club Al-Hilal also announced that it has reached an agreement to sign Arsenal player Gabriel Martinelli on a four-year deal until 2030.

Al-Hilal completed the signing deal with Martinelli under the chairmanship of His Highness Prince Nawaf bin Saad, and the ceremony took place at Al-Majidiya Sports Center.

Martinelli is scheduled to become available for his new team against Al-Shabab tomorrow, Friday, as he will join Al-Hilal's training sessions this Thursday evening.
Sky Sports journalist "Fabrizio Romano" confirmed that Martinelli joined Al-Hilal Saudi Club in a deal worth 70 million euros, including a clause allowing Arsenal to receive a percentage of any future resale value.
Martinelli scored 62 goals while wearing the Arsenal jersey and won numerous titles, most notably the English Premier League, and reached the UEFA Champions League final last season.
Martinelli represented Brazil in the 2022 and 2026 World Cups and contributed to winning the Olympic gold medal at Tokyo 2020.
