Egyptian international Omar Marmoush added the second goal for the Pharaohs against South Sudan, in the match being played at Juba National Stadium, as part of the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
Marmoush received a pass from Mohanad Lashin, faced the goal, and slotted the ball between the legs of the South Sudan goalkeeper in the 49th minute.
The Egyptian national team is visiting South Sudan, as part of the second round of Group Two in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Mostafa Abdel Raouf "Zico" put Egypt ahead against South Sudan, in the 35th minute of the match taking place between the two teams, within the qualifiers for the final tournament of the Africa Cup of Nations.
The Egyptian team had drawn their first match in the qualifiers, against Angola, with no goals, while the South Sudan team suffered a 2-1 defeat against Malawi.
