Italian Simone Inzaghi, coach of Al-Hilal, has excluded Turkish defender Yusuf Akçiçek, Frenchman Simon Bouabri, and midfielder Abdullah Al-Anzi from the match against Al-Ahli Jeddah, according to the Saudi sports newspaper Arriyadiyah.
Al-Ahli Jeddah will visit Al-Hilal in a postponed match from the third round of the Saudi League on Tuesday.
The report indicated that Akçiçek was excluded due to a minor knee bruise.
Meanwhile, Bouabri was excluded due to lack of readiness.
The report clarified that English striker Ollie Watkins has been included in the squad, with his participation to be decided during the technical meeting Inzaghi will hold before heading to the stadium.
Watkins joined Al-Hilal from Aston Villa two days ago.
Al-Hilal currently sits in second place in the Saudi League standings with nine points, trailing Al-Nassr by three points while having one match in hand.
