Ibrahim Hassan, director of the Egyptian national team, directed thanks to Mr. Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, for receiving the Pharaohs after their return from the World Cup.
Ibrahim Hassan said during the President's invitation to the team for lunch: "We are happy to be with His Excellency President El-Sisi and this is a great honor for us, and this was our goal, me and Hossam, since the beginning of taking over the Egyptian national team to reach this position and to meet the President".
He added, "We wanted to leave a big mark for the Egyptian national team for future generations to build on with the continuous support from the President for us and for Egyptian football".
President El-Sisi received the Egyptian national team this morning at the presidential palace in Alamein to honor the Pharaohs after their return from the World Cup.
President El-Sisi granted all members of the Egyptian national team mission the Order of Sports of the First Class in honor of them.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi was also keen to direct an invitation to have lunch with the team in honor of what they presented in the World Cup.
