Spanish player Marc Cucurella of Spanish club Real Madrid fulfilled the promise he made to himself after the Spanish national team won the 2026 World Cup title.
The new left-back for Real Madrid club became the first player from "La Roja" to fulfill his promise after the historic achievement.
The celebratory atmosphere was still ongoing after Spain's crowning with its second star in the World Cup, as a number of players, including Ferran Torres, Pedri, Gavi, and Lamine Yamal, pledged to do special things if they won the title, but Cucurella was the first to begin fulfilling his promise.
The Spanish full-back posted a photo on his social media accounts, appearing alongside the famous tattoo artist Ganga, revealing the design with which he will immortalize the memory of the crowning.
Cucurella placed the face of Spain national team coach Luis de la Fuente on his arm, making it one of the permanent memories documenting Spain's crowning with its second world title.
Cucurella is currently enjoying his summer vacation after the distinguished levels he presented during the tournament, before joining Real Madrid's preparations for the new season.
The Spanish full-back is expected to begin the preparation period with the royal club, where he will be alongside a number of new signings, most notably Ibrahima Konaté, Denzel Dumfries, and Bernardo Silva.
