Carlo Ancelotti, the Italian head coach of the Brazilian national football team, spoke about his visit to Real Madrid Club this morning, Thursday.
Ancelotti visited his former club to check on his Brazilian players and assess the progress of injured players such as Endrick and Militão, ahead of the upcoming international break.
Ancelotti stated in remarks via Real Madrid's official channel: "My presence here with Real Madrid is for two reasons: first, as the coach of the Brazilian national team, and second, personally, to say hello and return to a place where I had a wonderful time, as well as to follow up on the latest developments regarding the injured Brazilian players."
He added: "I have had a very great relationship with Mourinho for a long time; we share ideas and messages. I am very happy that he is here and that he has the opportunity to enjoy being at this great club, which he knows very well."

He continued: "I believe he will do a fantastic job. I find it slightly difficult to speak Spanish now because Portuguese has been dominating my thoughts lately, as you know (laughs). José is a great coach, and I am confident he will deliver excellent work here."
He further remarked: "The team's performance this season? I think they faced some difficulties in the first match, but gradually improved in the second match and delivered a great performance against Real Sociedad."
He concluded: "Now begins the important league matches against Betis, and the UEFA Champions League tournament starts. I believe the team is excellently prepared with the new signings, which have added much and will contribute greatly to the team. I think it will be a magnificent season for Real Madrid."
