The Egypt national football team's delegation departed from South Sudan just moments ago, preparing to return to Cairo after winning the second-round match of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Egypt achieved a big victory over South Sudan with five goals to nil, in the match held between the two teams at the National Stadium in the capital Juba, earning the Pharaohs their first 3 points in the qualification campaign.
Egypt had started its journey in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers with a goalless draw against Angola at Cairo International Stadium.
The national team's return journey from Juba to Cairo takes 5 hours, aboard a private plane.

The technical staff of the Egyptian national team had decided to give the players a break from training today upon arrival in Cairo, following the match against South Sudan in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The players are expected to join the camp tomorrow afternoon, Thursday, in preparation for the friendly match against South Africa.
