Mohamed Aboutrika, the former Egypt national team player, spoke via the beIN Sports channel studio about the match against Argentina.
The Egyptian national team plays against Argentina in the round of 16 of the World Cup.
Aboutrika directed a message to the Egyptian national team players via beIN Sports channel: "You must enjoy and play without pressure, yes we play with responsibility but with freedom and without fear, we are facing the world champion."
He stressed: "I played with Hossam Hassan and I know him well and he fears no one, and I know well that his message to the players will be motivating, Hossam used to refuse to lose even in training."
He continued: "The players must have confidence in themselves, we have feet like the Argentine players, and we must give everything."
Aboutrika revealed: "Cape Verde's style is different from ours, and the circumstances of their match against Argentina will not be repeated again due to the weather conditions and the poor pitch."
He continued: "When the title holder plays a grouped tournament, you must fear him in the fifth match, because of his decisive qualification in the first two matches and resting the players in the third, then a drop in level upon returning for the fourth match, while in the fifth he reaches the maximum level."
He explained: "The Argentine national team will be fierce today against Egypt and will not play like the match against Cape Verde, and we must deal with it mentally well."
Returning to the 2009 Confederations Cup, he said: "We played against Brazil and Italy without fear, Hassan Shehata between the halves of the Brazil match (planted the fridge) and told us I did not come here to lose by six goals and whoever fears facing them will not participate."
He added: "The pressure is on Argentina, and we must be calmer in this match."
He spoke jokingly: "Every now and then I see comments 'hold Messi, hold Messi', well why don't you come and hold him yourselves."
He revealed: "Messi must be the reference for our play, as he does not defend, so we start building the play from there, and we press in the places where he is so that the ball does not reach him, and this talk may be easy for the viewer but in reality it is very difficult."
Aboutrika concluded his statements: "I played against Messi and as a competitor you are amazed by what he offers, but my message to the players is to watch Messi for us but for you (grind him) without provocation but by playing the ball with manhood and then after that if you want to take a photo with him it will be after the match."
