Crystal Palace have announced the signing of Dutchman Quentin Timber from Marseille during the summer transfer window.

Timber is the twin brother of Arsenal player Jurrien Timber, who will face him in the London derby between Arsenal and Crystal Palace.
The 25-year-old Timber has signed a contract with Crystal Palace that runs until 2031.
The Dutch midfielder boasts extensive international and European experience, along with numerous titles won during his career, despite his young age.
Timber began his career in the youth sectors of DVS and Feyenoord before moving to the Ajax academy alongside his twin brother Jurrien, the current Arsenal defender.
Timber was part of the Netherlands squad that won the UEFA European Under-17 Championship in 2018 and won several domestic titles with Ajax's youth teams before making his first appearance for Jong Ajax in the Dutch second division.
Timber returned to his hometown of Utrecht in 2021 and won the club's Player of the Season award during his sole season there, before moving to Feyenoord the following summer.
Timber won the Dutch league title with Feyenoord in his first season with the team.
In 2024, the Dutch midfielder added the Dutch Cup and the Johan Cruyff Shield to his trophy cabinet with Feyenoord, and also made his international debut for the Netherlands against Germany.
Later that same year, Timber was appointed captain of Feyenoord.
The player has now made 13 international appearances for the Netherlands, scoring one goal, and featured twice for his country at the recent FIFA World Cup held in North America, following his move to Marseille in January of this year.
Steve Parish, Crystal Palace's chairman, told the club's official website: "Quentin has extensive experience representing his club and country at the highest level."
He added: "He is a player whose leadership, fighting spirit, and abilities we believe will thrive in the Premier League."
