The private plane carrying the Egyptian national team took off from Atlanta airport 48 minutes late, which caused its arrival at Alamein International Airport to be delayed by a full hour, landing at 11:50.
Upon arrival, the Egyptian national team was received at the airport with the country's flags carried by the players in appreciation of what they presented during the competitions.
Messages in waiting
The Egyptian crowds waited for the players in front of the airport and carried with them many messages that confirmed full appreciation for what the team achieved during the World Cup competitions.

During the movement of the Egyptian national team's bus, gliders flew in the sky carrying a message of appreciation to the players during their transfer from the airport to the residence hotel.
The planes flew with Egyptian flags, in addition to a thank-you message to the Pharaohs' stars, with the phrase: "You honored us, men".
