Mustafa Azzam, Secretary-General of the Football Association, revealed the details of the Egyptian national team's celebration at Cairo Stadium following their participation in the 2026 World Cup.
The Egyptian national team's campaign ended with reaching the round of 16 and losing to defending champions Argentina 3-2.
The Football Association Secretary-General said on On Sport: "The Cairo Stadium celebration is a continuation of the celebration in Alamein for what the Egyptian national team achieved in the 2026 World Cup".
He added, "The celebration will witness the attendance of the players and their families on the pitch".
He revealed, "The Football Association extended invitations, given the limited time, to the 1986 Africa champions generation, the 1990 World Cup participants, and the 2006, 2008, and 2010 continental treble winners, as well as the 2018 World Cup participants, to attend the celebration".
He concluded, "The main stand will be allocated to Egyptian football legends to take center stage, conveying the message that generations continue to connect".
Tazkarti company announced the sale of tickets for the Egyptian national team honoring ceremony scheduled to be held at Cairo Stadium.
The concert will be performed by artist Tamer Hosny with a full-capacity audience in attendance.
The concert will be held on Monday, July 13.
The concert starts at 9:00 PM and lasts for three hours.
Ticket prices for attending the concert from Cairo Stadium are as follows:
Third class: 50 pounds
First class: 150 pounds
VIP class: 500 pounds
The Egyptian national team finished second in Group 7 with 5 points, behind the Belgian national team by a margin of points.
In the group stage, the Egyptian national team drew with Belgium and Iran, and won against New Zealand 3-1.
The Pharaohs achieved victory against Australia in the round of 32 via penalties, before losing to defending champions Argentina in the round of 16 by three goals to two.
