South Africa defender Asitha Akoon spoke ahead of tomorrow evening's friendly match against Egypt, following two consecutive victories against Guinea and Eritrea.
The South African team won their first match under Pitso Mosimane by 2-1 at Orlando Stadium in Johannesburg against Guinea, before thrashing Eritrea 5-0 at Cairo International Stadium last Wednesday.
Akoon said in comments to the South African Football Association website: "Egypt is one of Africa's biggest teams, and as a player, you always want to face the best teams."

He added: "We want to test our capabilities, so there is a sense of excitement within the team. We are very excited to face them, test ourselves, and show our true level. I believe all players feel great enthusiasm."
Mosimane enters this match with high morale and may experiment with many new elements and substitutes, as he indicated in his statements before the match against Egypt at Cairo Stadium.
