Australian Ange Postecoglou, Al Nassr’s manager, won the Saudi League Manager of the Month award for last August, his first month in the competition.
Meanwhile, the Player of the Month award went to Portuguese Al Hilal midfielder Ruben Neves.
The League announced the winners of its awards for last month, during which the first four matchdays were played.
Moroccan Al Hilal goalkeeper Yassine Bounou received the Goalkeeper of the Month award.
Al Khaleej goalkeeper Hamad Al-Shanqiti won the Rising Star of the Month award.
After leading Al Nassr to victory in all four matchdays, Postecoglou won the Manager of the Month award for August, his first month on Saudi pitches.
Al Hilal also won all of its matches and tops the standings on goal difference. Its star Neves was named Player of the Month for last month.
At the end of each month of the season, the League announces the names of the award winners, presented by the Roshn Group, which sponsors the competition.
