Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has returned to the atmosphere of his club Al-Nassr, appearing at the Saudi team's headquarters after the end of the international break, which witnessed a sudden crisis between him and the coaching staff of the Portuguese national team.
The official account of Saudi club Al-Nassr posted on the social media platform "X" an image of Ronaldo at the club's headquarters before training began, showing him smiling and giving a thumbs-up. This was his first appearance with the club since he unexpectedly left his national team's camp in recent days.
Ronaldo had left Portugal's camp after being excluded from the starting lineup against Denmark in the Nations League match, having sat on the bench and not played in the Norway match, a decision that sparked widespread controversy regarding his relationship with coach Jorge Jesus.
The crisis escalated after Jesus confirmed that Ronaldo would not start the Denmark match, before the player announced his departure from the camp following a conversation with the president of the Portuguese Football Federation, stating that he would reveal the truth about what happened at the appropriate time.
Despite his departure, the door was not closed to the return of Portugal's captain to the national team, as Jesus confirmed that Ronaldo could return if he wished, while the president of the Portuguese Football Federation, Pedro Proença, described what happened as a misunderstanding that could be resolved internally.
Ronaldo's appearance at Al-Nassr's headquarters confirms his return to focusing on his club, awaiting how his crisis with the Portuguese national team will unfold in the coming period, especially with the November international break approaching.
Saudi club Al-Nassr is preparing to face its counterpart Al-Diriyah next Friday, within the competitions of the Saudi League "Roshn Saudi League".
