The trusted Italian journalist in transfer and contract news, Fabrizio Romano, revealed the transfer of one of Liverpool's former players to Chelsea's first football team during the current summer transfer window.
The Blues are preparing for a new era under the leadership of Spanish coach Xabi Alonso, hoping to deliver a better season than the poor level they showed last season.
Xabi Alonso enters this experience with many challenges after the difficult period he spent at Real Madrid, as his tenure lasted only 6 months and he was dismissed after losing the Spanish Super Cup to Barcelona.
