Italian club Roma announced its official signing of Argentine defender Nahuel Molina from Atletico Madrid, in a permanent transfer deal, to bolster the Giallorossi's ranks starting from the new season.

The 28-year-old Molina signed a four-year contract with Roma, to remain with the team until the summer of 2030.

The Argentine right-back chose to wear the number 20 jersey with Italian Roma.

The Argentine international possesses extensive experience in European fields, having defended the colors of Udinese and Atletico Madrid, and played 249 matches in various competitions, during which he scored 19 goals.

On the international level, Molina is one of the key elements in the Argentina national team, as he participated in two World Cup editions, and won the Qatar 2022 World Cup title, as well as winning the Copa America title twice in 2021 and 2024. He played 65 international matches with the "Tango" team.

Roma hopes that Molina will form a strong addition on the right flank thanks to his great experience and defensive and offensive abilities, as part of the club's efforts to strengthen its squad to compete in various championships during the upcoming season.
