Trabzonspor club continues its pursuit of signing new players at the highest level, as the Turkish team succeeded in strengthening its ranks by contracting with Mohamed Salah, the Egyptian national team star, in a free transfer deal.
Trabzonspor announced last week its contract with Mohamed Salah in a deal that extends for two seasons, while the 34-year-old will receive an annual salary of 17 million euros.
Trabzonspor seeks to conclude other deals after Mohamed Salah, as it was reported that the Turkish team is about to announce the signing of Darwin Núñez on loan from Al-Hilal Saudi.

But it seems that Trabzon will not be satisfied with signing Núñez either, as the "61saat" network reported that Trabzonspor management is seriously considering contracting with Leandro Paredes, the Argentine national team star and Boca Juniors club.
The network added that Trabzonspor intends to make a surprise move to strengthen the midfield, and inquiries have been made about contracting with Paredes, who was of interest to the Turkish club previously.
Mohamed Salah knows Paredes well, as the duo played against each other in the round of 16 of the current World Cup tournament, during the Argentina and Egypt match, which ended with Argentina's 3-2 victory in a match that witnessed a lot of refereeing controversy.
