Ceramica Cleopatra Club announced today, Wednesday, its signing of the Iraqi international Peter Korkis to bolster the team's ranks ahead of the new season.
Ceramica Cleopatra continues its preparations for the new season "2026-2027".
The official Ceramica Club page wrote on the social media site "Facebook": "Skillful, sniper, knows the way to the nets from the shortest paths.. Welcome with us the Iraqi Peter Korkis.. the new international winger for Ceramica Cleopatra".
Korkis is 25 years old and has played for Degerfors and Orebro in Sweden, and was part of the under-18 and under-23 teams of English Brighton.
Korkis' last experience was with Iraqi Duhok.
Internationally, Korkis represented some Swedish youth teams before deciding to represent Iraq, with whom he played 4 matches.
Ceramica Cleopatra is scheduled to begin its campaign in the new season with a match against Al-Qanah on Sunday, August 23 of the current month.
