The Italian Enzo Maresca, technical manager of Manchester City's first football team, announced his team's Asian squad in preparation for the upcoming 2026/2027 season.
The Sky Blues team traveled today, Tuesday, on a trip to Hong Kong to play three friendly matches, led by the new coach, Maresca.
Manchester City is scheduled to face Inter Milan next Saturday, before playing against the Korean League Stars team and Atletico Madrid in the South Korean capital, Seoul, on Wednesday and Sunday of next week.

Many first-team players who reached the quarter-finals or beyond in the 2026 World Cup did not travel in order to get the necessary rest before the start of the first Premier League matchweeks.
A small number of players who reached the round of 16 will join part of the tour but did not travel with the team delegation today, including Egyptian star Omar Marmoush.
Omar Marmoush and the Egypt national team exited the round of 16 of the 2026 World Cup after losing 3-2 to Argentina.
