Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo reported that Hamza Abdel Karim will start as Barcelona's outright striker, according to the expected team lineup calculations against Birmingham.
According to what the newspaper reported, the Egyptian striker will be in the attacking line alongside Karim Adeyemi, Barcelona's latest signing in the ongoing summer transfer window, who arrived from German side Borussia Dortmund.
Barcelona's expected lineup for the friendly against Birmingham City came as follows:
Goalkeeper: Wojciech Szczęsny
Defense: Hector Fort - Andreas Christensen - Gerard Martin - Jofre Torrents
Midfield: Tommy Márquez - Marc Bernal - Ibrahima Tunkara
Attack: Roni Bardghji - Hamza Abdel Karim - Karim Adeyemi.
It is noted that Hansi Flick, Barcelona's head coach, had promoted Hamza Abdel Karim to the first team to participate in the team's preparations for next season's competitions.
