The Egyptian Football Association delegation obtained participation certificates in the workshop organized by the International Football Association "FIFA" in Zanzibar city in Tanzania.
The delegation included: Jamal Mohamed Ali, Director of the Coaches Department, and Abdel Sattar Sabry and Karim Ayman, coaches of the youth national team.
The workshop was held with the aim of exchanging experiences in the fields of developing coaches and selecting and preparing national team players. The workshop witnessed the participation of representatives of the teams of Egypt, Tanzania, Senegal, Cameroon, Morocco, Algeria, Congo, Mali, Côte d'Ivoire, and Mozambique.
It lasted for four days with a total of 32 training hours, with the participation of a number of lecturers and experts from England, Germany, and Spain, under the supervision of representatives of "FIFA" and "CAF" and the Talent Development Program.
The workshop covered the latest methods of developing and qualifying coaches, in addition to methods of discovering, selecting, and preparing youth and junior national team players, and the workshop activities concluded with granting participants completion and participation certificates in the program.
