Press reports revealed new developments regarding the transfer of the Egyptian international star Mohamed Salah to the Turkish club Beşiktaş during the current summer transfer window.
Many Turkish press reports published in recent days indicated Mohamed Salah’s imminent joining of Turkish Beşiktaş following his departure from Liverpool last June.
Beşiktaş fans had chanted Mohamed Salah’s name, urging the club’s management to sign Egypt’s captain during the presentation of Belgian player Trossard.

“Kartal Record,” which specializes in Beşiktaş news, stated that Mohamed Salah’s deal faces a crisis due to financial demands from Ramy Abbas, the Egyptian king’s agent.
It reported that Ramy Abbas requested a 35% commission, equivalent to 8.4 million euros from Mohamed Salah’s basic salary for two seasons, estimated at around 24 million euros.
It confirmed that Serdal Adalı, president of Beşiktaş, who personally oversaw the transfer negotiations, categorically rejected this request.
It explained that the Beşiktaş president stipulated reducing the commission to the global average known in football, which is 15%, equivalent to 3.6 million euros, to complete the deal.
