Ezri Konsa and Alex Scott, the England duo, have been confirmed to miss Tuesday's match against the Czech Republic.
The England team announced the absence of the pair for the Nations League match against the Czech Republic.
Konsa, the Arsenal defender, returned to his club to undergo further tests on his injury.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth player Scott has returned to his club amid concerns that he could be sidelined for around two months.
The 23-year-old shone in his first start for England, but will now miss out due to a hamstring issue.
Scott played in Saturday's match, which ended in England's 7-0 victory over Croatia.
Scott wanted to play through the pain in order to feature in his first start for the England national team.
