Done... Manchester City secures Rodri's replacement

Reports revealed today that Manchester City has finalized the signing of a player during the current summer transfer window, who will be able to compensate for the departure of Rodri from the Citizens' ranks.

Manchester City lost Rodri, who refused to renew his contract with the Citizens and joined FC Barcelona in a deal exceeding 70 million euros.

In this context, French journalist "Fabrice Hawkins" confirmed that Manchester City will officially sign Ayyoub Bouaddi, star of Lille, within the next few hours.

Hawkins added via his official account on the "X" platform that the transfer deal for Bouaddi to Manchester City will reach 100 million euros including add-ons, while the Moroccan international will not participate in Lille's match against Angers in the French league.

Italian journalist "Fabrizio Romano" clarified that Lille has given the green light for Bouaddi's departure to Manchester City, while the 18-year-old agreed to personal terms with the Citizens last July, and is now on the verge of joining the English club.

Bouaddi is considered Manchester City's second midfield signing this summer, after the addition of Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest for approximately 135 million euros.
