The delegation of Egypt's first national football team has arrived on Egyptian soil, following the conclusion of its journey in the 2026 World Cup competitions.
Egypt's national team participated in the 2026 World Cup, whose events were held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The Egyptian national team delegation had previously departed from the city of Atlanta, in the American state of Georgia, at eleven o'clock last Thursday evening, Cairo time.
The arrival of the Pharaohs' delegation to Alamein Airport was delayed by approximately an hour, as it is expected to arrive at Borg El Arab Airport at exactly 11:50 Egypt time, noting that it was delayed in takeoff from American soil by 48 minutes.
The Egyptian national team delegation landed at Alamein International Airport in the current few minutes, carrying the returning Pharaohs' delegation from the American city of Atlanta, after a journey that exceeded approximately 13 hours.
Civil aviation performed wonderful welcoming rituals inside the runway area, by spraying water in the shape of an arc on both sides of the plane, in a scene that is impressive and indicates respect, appreciation, and gratitude.
Yalla Koura correspondent monitored the arrival of thousands of fans since the early morning toward Alamein Airport, awaiting the arrival of the Pharaohs' delegation.
An open bus was allocated to receive Egypt's national team delegation, as it was decided to move in order to interact with the crowds that flocked densely.
