Saudi press reports revealed on Sunday the stance of Al-Nassr duo Mohammed Maran and Saad Al-Nasser regarding their participation in the match against Al-Ittihad, as part of the fifth-round summit of the Saudi Roshn League.
"The Global" is scheduled to face "The Veteran" next Saturday evening at Al-Inma Stadium, in a match through which the Al-Nassr team seeks victory to continue its domestic winning streak.
According to the Saudi newspaper "Al-Riyadh," Al-Nassr's duo Mohammed Maran and Saad Al-Nasser will miss the Al-Ittihad match due to injury.
Maran is suffering from a hamstring tear, while Al-Nasser sustained a bruise in his ankle joint, as reported by the Saudi newspaper.
The capital-based team tops the Saudi League standings with 12 points, having achieved a perfect record by defeating Al-Fateh (3-0), then Al-Riyadh (4-0), Al-Ettifaq (3-2), and Al-Taawoun (2-1).
