Nice Club revealed the date of Mohamed Abdelmonem joining its ranks in preparation for the new season.

Abdelmonem was absent from the entire last season due to a cruciate ligament tear in his knee in April 2025.
A source from Nice Club explained in exclusive statements to FilGoal.com: "Mohamed Abdelmonem will return to training tomorrow, Wednesday, individually."
Regarding his future with the team, the source said, "The player is linked to a contract with the club, and there is nothing new regarding the possibility of his departure from the team."
Abdelmonem was included in the Egypt national team squad for the 2026 World Cup.
He played a single match against Iran in the third round of the group stage before being injured in the 14th minute.
