Shobier said on his radio program on On Sport FM: "The Appeals Committee requested the Football Association to notify Al-Zamalek and Zizo to submit their documents, but the two parties did not submit any documents regarding the advertising, as they do not possess them."
He added: "I have confirmed information that neither Al-Zamalek nor Zizo possesses any documents regarding the advertising, so the Appeals Committee will discuss the matter carefully without any hasty decision."
He concluded: "Zizo decided to respond to Al-Zamalek's complaint against him at the Public Prosecution in kind, so he will also file a complaint with the Public Prosecution for Public Funds, but this time the player is leaving the matter entirely to his lawyer."
