Media personality Ahmed Shobier shared good news with Al Ahly fans regarding the timing of the announcement about the contract renewal of a first-team football player.
Al Ahly Club had previously announced the contract renewals of Iman Ashour and Marwan Attia, allowing them to remain with the first-team football squad.
Speaking on his radio program on "On Sport" Radio, Shobier said: "Today, there may be another renewal announced by Al Ahly, which could be for Mostafa Shobir, the goalkeeper of the Red Fortress."

He added: "Only Mohamed Hany and Yasser Ibrahim remain, for Al Ahly Club to finalize all files related to renewals and signings."
He further stated: "Al Ahly's signings are good, such as Mahmoud Salah, Tawfiq Mohamed, Aqtai Abdullah, and Ali Mahmoud, in addition to the foreign signings, Mansaf Bkdar and Sofiane Ben Jdida."
