England player Jude Bellingham believes that his country's national team achieved a deserved victory over Norway.

England defeated Norway 2-1 in the World Cup quarterfinals.

Jude Bellingham said via the FIFA website: "Tuchel said we didn't perform well? It wasn't easy on the pitch. We tried to create a positive atmosphere within the team, and we must continue with that before facing the semi-finals".

He added, "I can't praise my teammates enough. You won't win every match through possession and passing a thousand balls; sometimes you have to achieve victory the hard way, and that's what we did tonight".

He continued, "All the players made a great effort, and all my appreciation and respect goes to my teammates who fought and gave everything they had throughout the match".

He answered, "Haaland? We lived unforgettable moments together at Dortmund. We pushed each other every day, celebrated together, and developed together. This kind of bond doesn't disappear because we wear the jerseys of different national teams".

He concluded his statements, "My mother was asking me all week to watch my words, my interventions, my facial expressions, and my reactions, so that I wouldn't get a yellow card".

Jude Bellingham scored England's two goals, while Andreas Schjelderup scored Norway's goal.
