French club Paris Saint-Germain announced its withdrawal from the deal for Yan Diomande, the winger of German side Leipzig and the Ivory Coast national team.

Paris Saint-Germain revealed to the German Sky Sports news network that it had decided to withdraw from the deal due to unreasonable financial demands.
Paris told Sky Germany: "The required transfer fee, along with the player's salary demands, were completely exaggerated and disproportionate, and they disrupt the balance of things."
It added, "Paris Saint-Germain will not abandon its principles based on prudent financial management, as well as maintaining balance within the team."
The Ivorian Yan Diomande, Leipzig's German player, is on the verge of transferring to Spanish side Real Madrid.
Real Madrid agreed to sign the player after reaching an agreement with Leipzig on a deal worth 100 million euros.
Fabrizio Romano, the journalist for the English "Sky Sport" network, revealed that the Ivorian will fly to Madrid this week to undergo a medical examination and sign the contracts.
Diomande's contract with the Royals will run until 2031, for a period of 5 seasons.
The Italian journalist also pointed out that French club Paris Saint-Germain has officially withdrawn from the negotiations.
The French club refused to "violate its principles related to prudent financial management and team balance."
The Ivorian will become Leipzig's most expensive sale in history, surpassing Josko Gvardiol, who joined Manchester City in 2023-24 for 90 million euros.
He will become the fourth most expensive player in Real Madrid's history after Jude Bellingham, Eden Hazard and Gareth Bale.

Diomande will become the fifth signing for the Royals after Marc Cucurella, Denzel Dumfries, Ibrahima Konate and Bernardo Silva under the leadership of Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho.
The 19-year-old Diomande had an outstanding season with Leipzig, scoring 12 goals and providing 9 assists in 33 Bundesliga matches.
The young winger contributed to his team's third-place finish and qualification for the UEFA Champions League.
He also attracted attention with his brilliance for Ivory Coast at the World Cup despite an early exit in the round of 32.
