The Al Ahly first team will face their rivals Zamalek this evening in the match to determine third and fourth place at the Handball Club World Cup.
Al Ahly qualified for the bronze medal of the World Championship after defeating Germany's Füchse Berlin 30-27, while Zamalek secured their spot following a victory over Brazil's Pinheiros 28-27.
Egypt is hosting the Handball Club World Cup from September 24 until today, October 1, with the participation of 10 clubs, including Al Ahly and Zamalek.

The Al Ahly vs. Zamalek match will take place at 6:30 PM today at the New Administrative Capital Hall, for the bronze medal of the Handball Club World Cup.
Al Ahly is seeking its second bronze medal in history, having participated in the tournament seven times, achieving its best result in the 2007 edition.
For its part, this is Zamalek's eighth participation in the Handball Club World Cup; their first appearance was in the 2010 edition, when they won the bronze medal.

Al Ahly began its campaign in the main round of the tournament with a defeat against Hungarian champions Veszprém 31-23, before winning against Kuwait's Burgan 35-17 in the second round, and concluded the round with a victory over Germany's Füchse Berlin 30-27.
For its part, Zamalek started its campaign with a win against Morocco's Forum Derb Sultan 42-17, before losing in the second round to Spain's Barcelona 39-29, and concluded the round with a victory over Brazil's Pinheiros 28-27.
