Asal beat Crouin 3-0, with scores of 11-5, 11-6, and 11-2.
Asal currently tops the men's world rankings.
In the women's edition of the same tournament, Amina Orfi claimed the title by defeating Hania El Hammamy 3-2, with the deciding game ending 12-10.
Amina Orfi is set to top the world squash rankings.
The new rankings will be announced next Monday.
At 19 years and two months old, Amina Orfi will become the youngest player ever to achieve this feat.
Orfi broke the record previously held by New Zealand's Susan Devoy, who achieved it in 1984.
Orfi becomes the fifth Egyptian woman to top the world rankings, following Raneem El Weleily, Nour El Sherbini, Nouran Gohar, and Hania El Hammamy.
Following her Qatar Classic victory, Amina Orfi became the 18th player overall to top the world squash rankings, joining a list of female legends such as Malaysia's Nicol David and Australia's Michelle Martin.
