The Portuguese manager had previously excluded Tomori, Christopher Nkunku, and Youssouf Fofana from group training after taking charge this summer.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Amorim decided to bring Fikayo Tomori back into group training following the failure to sell him during the recent summer transfer window.

Nkunku departed for Germany's RB Leipzig, while Fofana moved to Spain's Sevilla after being excluded from group sessions; however, Tomori remained at the club.

The network reported that there is a possibility Tomori could be included in the squad list for the match against Juventus.

Milan is preparing to face their opponent Juventus next Sunday in a match that will bring them together in the third round of Serie A competition.

The Rossoneri won their first two league matches against Torino and Venezia.

Milan defeated Torino 2-1 in the opening round and beat newly promoted Venezia 2-0.

Milan currently occupies third place in the league standings with 6 points, tied with Roma, Inter, Juventus, Atalanta, and Lazio.
