Saudi and UAE clubs are competing to sign Edward Iordănescu, the former head coach of the Romanian national team.
Iordănescu's last coaching experience was with the Polish club Legia Warsaw.
According to the Saudi newspaper Ar-Riyadhiah, the Romanian coach received offers from two Saudi clubs, in addition to an offer from a UAE club.
The same newspaper clarified that Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb has entered the competition for his services, while Iordănescu is considering the options available to him before making his final decision.
Iordănescu led the Romanian national team to qualify for UEFA Euro 2024, before taking on a coaching role with Legia Warsaw.
The 48-year-old managed the Romanian national team in 28 matches, winning 10, drawing 10, and suffering 8 defeats.
Iordănescu won the Romanian league title with CFR Cluj and the Romanian Super Cup, as well as the Polish Super Cup with Legia Warsaw.
