Saudi club Al-Hilal announced this Thursday evening the full recovery of its star and first-team captain, Salem Al-Dawsari, following a severe injury sustained during the past period.
Juan Jimenez, Al-Hilal's doctor, had previously announced that Salem Al-Dawsari, the captain of Al-Hilal, suffered an injury to his right knee tendon, undergoing surgery on July 21 as a result.
He added: "The player needs approximately 75 days to return to the pitch. Therefore, he attended a specialized center to complete the first phase of his rehabilitation program, with plans for him to gradually return to training."

In a highly positive development, Al-Hilal announced via its official account on the "X" platform that Salem Al-Dawsari, the team's captain and winger, participated in group training after completing his rehabilitation program.
Following that match, Salem Al-Dawsari missed the Arabian Gulf Cup "Khaleeji 27" competitions hosted by Jeddah from last September 23 until October 6.
Al-Hilal is scheduled to face Al-Ittihad in the eighth round of the Saudi Pro League on October 10 at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh.
Italian Simone Inzaghi, Al-Hilal's coach, continues to enhance the players' fitness and physical conditioning through daily training sessions, utilizing some under-21 team players to complete the required numbers for drills.
The club suffers from a significant shortage in the first team due to participation in the "Khaleeji 27" tournament, which saw the Green Falcons advance to the semi-finals, alongside foreign players joining their national teams.
