Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal rejected the idea of the team signing a new striker.
The Spanish newspaper "El Nacional" revealed that Lamine Yamal believes the club does not need to sign a new striker given Raphinha's outstanding performance in this position.
The report clarified that Yamal considers the presence of Egyptian striker Hamza Abdel Karim as another reason for his stance, advocating for giving him playing time in matches where Raphinha is absent.
Raphinha has played 8 matches for Barcelona this season, scoring 14 goals across all competitions and providing 3 assists.
Meanwhile, Hamza Abdel Karim participated in only one La Liga match with Barcelona, playing for just a few minutes.
Barcelona tops the La Liga standings with 21 points from seven perfect wins.
Barcelona is preparing to face Getafe on Saturday, October 10, in the eighth round of La Liga.
