And FilGoal.com learned that the player is heading to the UAE in the coming hours, in preparation for officially completing his transfer to Sharjah.
The player will arrive in the UAE to finalize the last procedures related to the deal, before the official announcement of his joining the Emirati club.
He headed to the UAE accompanied by his agent Maher Noufal, who completed the agreement between the two clubs for Abdel Karim Mustafa's transfer in cooperation with player agent Samer Salama.
Abdel Karim Mustafa is expected to undergo medical examinations, in preparation for signing contracts and officially announcing the deal.
And FilGoal.com learned earlier that Sharjah had reached a preliminary agreement with Ismaili to sign the player for $750,000 and 20% of the resale percentage.
It was also learned by FilGoal.com that the player will bear $100,000 of the deal's value, to be deducted from his salary over two seasons.
The player also waived the rest of his dues with Ismaili.
The 23-year-old Abdel Karim Mustafa plays as a left-back.
Abdel Karim Mustafa joined Ismaili from Misr El-Makkasa in January 2024.
Ismaili's left-back played 35 matches in all competitions, including 28 matches in the league, 6 in the League Cup, and one match in the Egypt Cup.
Abdel Karim Mustafa scored 5 goals, including 3 goals in the league and 2 in the League Cup.
Ismaili was relegated to the professional league after finishing last in the league last season 2025 - 2026.
