Pyramids Club officially announced the signing of a new deal, today Tuesday, to strengthen the first football team during the upcoming 2026-2027 season.
The official page of Pyramids Club published a video introducing the new deal, which is the Egyptian defender Eyad Al-Asqalani, coming from the ranks of Russian Rostov to strengthen the ranks of the Sky team, and wrote on it: "All roads led here.. Eyad Al-Asqalani in Pyramids, from where he started.. to where he should be".
Eyad Al-Asqalani plays in the positions of center-back and left-back, which gives the new technical staff led by Rulani Mokwena an important advantage to benefit from the player.
Al-Asqalani began his career in the youth sector at Ismaili Club, before turning professional in the ranks of Russian Rostov for two years.
The 21-year-old player has previously represented the Egyptian national teams for juniors, youth, and Olympics, and presented distinguished levels that made him the focus of attention of many clubs.
Pyramids is preparing strongly for the new season, as it awaits competition in the Egyptian League after concluding the previous season in second place, as well as participating in the African Champions League, under the leadership of its new South African coach Rulani Mokwena.
